Tema lemmik muutub ajas, kuid hetkel naudib ta k\u00f5ige enam j\u00f5hvika vahuveini Kur\u00f5mari, mille hapukus ja v\u00e4rskus on viimistletud t\u00e4iuseni. Tema s\u00fcda kuulub eesk\u00e4tt punastele veinidele. Lemmikuteks pohl, must leeder ja aroonia, kuid sama suure kirega valmistab ta ka ebak\u00fcdoonia- ja al\u00f5t\u0161aveini. Tema armastatuim ametlik vein on pehme ja naturaalne Maripuu vein, mis on valmistatud kollasest ploomist, kuid hingel\u00e4hedane on ka tammelehevein, mis k\u00fcll ametnike heakskiitu ei p\u00e4lvinud, kuid joojate seas suurt vaimustust tekitas. Suvel meeldib talle nautida kuiva rabarberivahuveini \u201cKihisev Rabarber\u201d, talvel aga tanniinirikast \u201cArooniat\u201d. Tema jaoks on veinitegu kunst, mille juures polegi muud filosoofiat vaja.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2830\" src=\"https:\/\/veinitee.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Rooswald-Red-degusteerimine-1000x1286-1-796x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"796\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Piret Roosvald<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/taimed.ee\/rooswald-red-mustikavein\/\">Rooswald Red<\/a>\u00a0veinikoja taga on kaheksa aastane veinivalmistamise kogemus. Tema lemmikveiniks on Rooswald Red Querqus, mis paistab silma oma tugeva tammenoodiga. Tema s\u00fcdame on v\u00f5itnud Versailles \u2013 valges\u00f5stra vahuvein, mis oma v\u00e4rskuse ja kuivuse t\u00f5ttu sobib suurep\u00e4raselt suviseks kaaslaseks. Tema lemmikuks on rohelise s\u00f5stra vahuvein, mis on valmistatud traditsioonilisel meetodil ning sobib pidulike s\u00fcndmuste toiduveiniks. Tema lemmik on rabarberi vahuvein, mille v\u00e4rskus ja iseloom teevad sellest erilise joogi. Maris usub, et Eestis saab avamaal kasvatada viinamarju ning panustab viinamarjakasvatuse arendamisse. Talle meeldib erinevate veinide valmistamine, kuid eriti s\u00fcdamel\u00e4hedased on \u00f5una j\u00e4\u00e4vein, punase s\u00f5stra ros\u00e9 ja viinamarjaveinid, mille marjad on ta ise kasvatanud. Tema lemmikuks on sinikaslapuuvein \u201cV\u00e4lgi virmalised\u201d, millel on eriline ja unikaalne maitse. Tema filosoofia keskendub aroomide ja maitsete s\u00fcvitsi uurimisele, et j\u00f5uda asjade p\u00f5hjuste, sisu ja tuumani. Tema destillaatide sari algas \u00d5una Hingega ning sellele on lisandunud Pohla ja J\u00f5hvika Hing, mis ajas vaid paremaks muutuvad. Aru M\u00f5isa veinivalmistamine sai alguse soovist aia- ja metsaande maksimaalselt \u00e4ra kasutada ning kestlikult toimetada \u2013 seep\u00e4rast on veinide tootmine viidud miinimumkeskkonnajalaj\u00e4ljega ning toimub p\u00e4ikeseenergia toel. Lisaks on Aru M\u00f5is p\u00e4lvinud Europarc kestliku turismi sertifikaadi.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>K\u00f5ik need naised on oma ala meistrid, kes panustavad Eesti veinikultuuri arengusse, pidades lugu kohalikust toorainest ja traditsioonidest.
